Sumosan partnered with Flavio Briatore’s Twiga and relocated from Mayfair to this prime Knightsbridge restaurant. The four-storey property has a sweeping staircase linking a basement nightclub, first-floor dining room and spacious top-floor bar. Sumosan and Twiga have also partnered in Dubai and Monaco. The Leisure Partnership sold the leasehold restaurant to Sumosan Twiga with a rental of £375,000 pa and for premium close to £1,000,000.
