Acting on behalf of Barworks we sold this leasehold business as going concern in 2013 for a substantial premium to MAMA Group. We had originally acquired the site back in 2004 for Barworks at a time when Shoreditch was still unknown territory for many of the operators who now make up its vibrant night life scene. The Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen offered MAMA group the opportunity to buy a late night, live music bar and restaurant in a prime Shoreditch location with a strong and consistently profitable business.
